Find answers to commonly asked questions about accessing the Newbridge client portal.
To access the Newbridge client portal, simply click on the login link provided above and enter your credentials.
If you have any issues accessing the portal, please contact the Axos Login Help Desk at (888) 861-6976. Available from Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM EST.
If you need to reset your password for the client portal, you can do so by clicking on the 'Trouble Signing In' link on the login page, then click I forgot my password. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password. For more detailed instructions, reference the article here.

To request access to the Newbridge client portal, please contact your financial advisor who will submit a request to our Client Services team.
If you can’t remember your username, on the login page, click the Trouble signing in?, select the I forgot my username option. When prompted, enter your registered email address, and click Proceed. You'll be prompted to enter a security code from one of your OTP/PIN devices. After confirming the security code, you will receive an email from FIS with your username.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the Newbridge client portal, our support team is available to help via the support center or you can email onlineaccess@newbridgesecurities.com. If you have 3 failed login attempts, the system will suspend access for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes you can attempt to login again. We encourage you to confirm your username and/or reset your password via the Trouble Signing in link on the login page, otherwise after the fourth failed login attempt, your account will remain locked, and you must proceed with the following steps to unlock your account and reset your password.
Click the Trouble signing in? link on the login page, select I think my account is locked, enter your email and click Proceed.
An email with further instructions will be sent to your email address. Click the link in the email to unlock your account. You’ll be redirected to the login screen to sign in.

If you cannot recall which OTP device is yours or need to reset the device, please follow the steps below.
On the login page. click the Trouble signing in? link , select I have problems with the One-Time-PIN, enter your email and click Proceed.
Select the applicable option, enter your password and click Proceed.
You will receive an email notifying you of your OTP device or receive a temporary OTP device reset link.
Click the link in the email to reset your OTP device. You’ll be redirected to the login screen to sign in, where afterwards, you will be prompted to reconfigure your OTP device.
